producers Jereme Axelrod and Alexandra Young sold shave ice outside
Lincoln High School in Portland, Oregon to raise money for the
film after they failed to get grant funding. The company was "Global
Warming Shave Ice" with the slogan "'Cause It's Only
Getting Hotta!" |
